You're Unique. Your Training Should Be Too

All coaching starts with two initial calls:

1. Needs Analysis - Assessing movement, technique, and historical training. Understanding who you are as a person.

2. Strategy breakdown of your personalised program outlining the steps moving forward

£120 GBP ($150 USD) / Month

Price includes:

  • Weekly 30 minute video calls to review and discuss training footage, weekly performance, technique feedback and discuss subsequent training subscriptions.

  • 100% unique and individualised training program. Based around your training history, goals, weaknesses, ongoing performance, lifestyle and life events. 

  • Competition prep and attempt selection with full competition day handling (subject to availability with additional fee outside Greater London).
